In this MOOC we will take a closer look at the design of a database. We start with initial ideas and finish with a good design of relational databases. Our path takes us from an introduction to the world of databases, conceptual modeling (using UML class diagrams) and logical design (in the relation model) to schema quality (and normal forms).
